OG USA is Kicking Off a New Community in “America’s Best Kept Secret”, AZ

This new community location is roughly 5 miles outside one of the most adorable small towns in the country, yet has a remote feel and a night sky full of stars. Elk, antelope, deer, javelina, coyotes, fox, wild bunnies, and hundreds of bird species reside throughout the area. With a standard package, each property will be serviced with fresh well water, and homes will be powered by solar energy with quiet and efficient back-up generators powered by liquid propane. Our plans include 50 new homes in the community, with lot sizes ranging from 1-5 acres. OG / USA will retain a few acres to provide community support and amenities. Included in these amenities will be a small park-like preserve featuring a wooded grove with a walking trail and a waterfall for the enjoyment of the community. Adjacent to the preserve will be a building with a kitchen, a restroom, and tables and chairs. This site will host our weekend workshops where we will bring in experts to share their expertise and best practices on subjects like gardening, sheep or cattle ranching, keeping chickens, hunting, local plant and wildlife, solar system maintenance, etc. It will also be available for residents to reserve and rent for private parties or meetings.
